Cottage on two floors, directly overlooking the beach. On the ground floor, living room with kitchen, sofa bed and guest bathroom.

Upstairs, bedroom with double bed plus one single bed and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, air conditioning and safe.

The cottage is equipped with an umbrella and two sun lounger at the near beach. Numbered parking space inside the residence.

Terms:

The renting week is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in in from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out is no later than 10:00 am on the last day. Possibility, upon request, check-in and check-out, early or later. Consumption of gas and water calculated as a at rate per week: holiday homes 1/4 person € 30.00. Holiday home 5/6 € 40.00. For stays longer than 7 days, the consumption of water and gas will be counted on the meter reading. Electricity will always be counted by reading the meters, according to the rates in force.. The price does not include the mandatory final house-cleaning of € 75.00. City Tourist Tax: € 0.30 per person, per night (up to 14 consecutive nights). Cradle available for € 20.00 per week (upon request). Bed linen € 10.00 per person, per week (optional, upon request). A deposit of € 200.00 is required on arrival; it is entirely refunded at check out if no damages were done to our property. Booking deposit is 30% on the total rent, payable by bank transfer. The balance is due when we give you the keys, upon arrival.

ANIMALS:
Small and medium-small dogs (maximum height at the withers: 50cm) accepted on a leash. In case of reservation, it is necessary to communicate the presence and weight of the four-legged friend. It is mandatory to show the updated vaccination booklet. Obligatory final cleaning for the dog € 45.00.
